Amazon Echo and Alexa are explored by this group of older adults, who brainstorm together about capabilities we would like to see in this type of product in the future.
These explorers suggest use cases and capabilities that make sense in their situations, and there are quite a few of them. A number of the use cases these older adults come up with go beyond the capabilities of the current product and point the way to potential future skills we would like to see developed.
Nearly everyone in the group can imagine how helpful an electronic 'personal assistant' might be. However, there are those who raise the familiar question of security on a home network.
