I have offered, several times, to guide seniors with computers who might like to look into the virtual online world of Second Life. It is free to join ( You can always find people with whom to share your interests, meet people from around the globe, exercise your passion for lifelong learning, the arts, special events and much more.  You can use text chat or your voice in this world.  I am 85 and have been playing, teaching, learning and developing great friendships in SL  for twelve years. This eradicates the problem of loneliness and isolation! There are mentors available to give one-on-one help!
