I checked the support website and also called Lively sales.

The phone number is transferred when you activate the phone.

However, contacts are not automatcially moved and you have a few choices:

1. Move them one-by-one yourself or the support agent can do it while in the call.

2. Enter the contacts on their website and they will get transferred to your phone

The phone time of day is set when you activate the phone or automatcially when you move to a different time zone.
