Explorers report on GoGoGrandparent (previously known as GoGoGrandma), a service that will summon an Uber ride or a Lyft ride when called from a standard telephone instrument.
Since many elderly people do not have a smartphone, Uber rides have been beyond reach for some older adults before this service was available.
Helen recounts her experience with the service, and explains how it works for her.
