Discussion Summary

In this conversation our circle agreed it was quite challenging to change the small batteries in the hearing aid of one member. The group came up with several possible solutions, including a potential new product concept for a "tool".

In contrast, another member explained why his hearing aid did not suffer from this issue. Seems like design differences between the two models made a big difference. Among other key details:

  • an on/off switch so batteries dont need to be removed at night;
  • the right mechanical design on the actual battery holding section of the hearing aid.
