Discussion Summary

Explorers at San Francisco Village take the first steps in a serial exploration of how best to maintain brain fitness as we grow older.

Once the topic has been launched, explorer Kai takes the lead by introducing the group to the Brain Health Registry. UCSF researchers working with the San Francisco V.A. Medical Center are conducting the brain science longitudinal research study.

Members discuss various methods of maintaining brain health and which ones work best for them.
