Discussion Summary

Explorer Sandy discusses her mother's history of ordering transportation - from calling cabs to Uber. As time went on and her mother's cognitive abilities ebbed, her ability to use an app or to make other arrangements for herself has waned.

Other Circle members discuss the possibilities for developing 'instant availability' delivery services in a wide variety of markets - from dry goods to groceries to home care workers. All agree that the ability of one person (an adult child) to order transport or delivery for another (a parent) seems an ideal improvement.
