Discussion Summary

Explorer John reverses his stance on the LifeStation Medical Alert system due to his annoyance with a malfunctioning component.

He explains to the group that the fall detection component of the system sent false alarms directly to first responders six times in a three month period. "I grew tired of  explaining to arriving paramedics that I was still living," he explains, among other points of discussion, including what was working properly.

This is a follow on to a discussion at an earlier meeting when explorer John was rather positive about this product, and illustrates the value of sharing learnings, and of testing things over time.
