Robotic Pets for Dementia Patients: Our Experiences

My Background:

As the Director of Programming and Counseling at Rhoda Goldman Plaza, an assisted living and memory care facility in San Francisco, CA, Emma is instrumental in developing and implementing diverse and inclusive community programs in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. She provides a focus on developing and implementing therapeutic programming for residents, individual and group therapy for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s, and family psycho-education.

Emma is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #110298. She earned her MA in counseling psychology and drama therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies and BAs in psychology and theater from the University of Maine.
