Discussion Summary

Longevity Explorers at Saratoga Retirement Community are asked what one thing they would change to improve their lives. The group has many ideas, each one specific to the individual, but several themes emerge.

Balance and posture are discussed, as is the need for an app for skill assessment and the transition to stopping driving. Physical needs included pain management and vision improvement. Several improvements to existing objects were mentioned - often drawing hearty agreement around the table.
