Discussion Summary

Explorer Roberta expresses a sentiment that has been heard from other older adults, whether living in senior communities or at home. She explains that older adults have valuable knowledge and experience to offer, but often they feel 'benched' once the family has left home or they have moved into a managed retirement living setting. She seeks ways in which the management could tap the talent of residents to improve the operation for staff and for the residents.
