Discussion Summary

The Saratoga Longevity Explorers examine a variety of gadgets available in the marketplace to help manage daily pills.

Starting with descriptions of members' regimens and methods of keeping track of pills, the group discussion covers devices as well as reminder alarms or apps.

Pharmacy monthly pre-packs are good for helping people keep track of multiple doses and times of day to take them.

Explorer Eric observes that the challenges fall into two categories: 1) organizing the pills, and 2) remembering to take them. Ease of use is key to the former, and medication management apps can help with the latter.
