Discussion Summary

Explorer Ayanna opens the discussion with her ambivalence about the usefulness of social media, conscienciously resisting the superficiality of it as well as the lack of human intraction. Too, she is concerned about the loss of privacy and the exposure that comes with it.

The group discusses the upside as well as the downside of posting, including ways to maintain anonymity and to find useful applications. Others describe some ominous incidents from personal experience, and difficulties of use which give pause to the group as a whole.
