Discussion Summary

Explorers explain how they keep track of their medications, starting with Explorer Karen who relies on her mobile phone to remind her to take a dose from her 'AM' or 'PM' box with daily doses.

Others agree that the daily med trays are handy, but for complicated regimens, outside help with med management may be needed. All agree that the daily trays are the most help for most people, but med pouches are a good supplement to the box when one is going out and needs to take their pills along.
