Discussion Summary

Explorer Jim is physically active and participates in a variety of sports, yet is concerned about 'slowing down' as he ages.

He is seeking new ways that diet, exercise and suppliments may help counteract the tendency to slow down. Members recommend continuing the activities one enjoys, and making gradual changes in diet to control weight, including the 'push back' (from the table) exercise.
