Discussion Summary

Explorer Philip, an avid walker all his life, reports to the group that he is now experiencing problems with 'things wearing out' that he had never anticipated.

Following back surgery, his ability to walk about was restored, and now that his knee is giving him trouble, he has learned a new way of walking. His 'take away' is that as changes occur, one must stay engaged and adapt in order to maintain a level of activity.

This discussion is part of our series on "what I would like to change about my life or living circumstances".
