Discussion Summary

One of our explorers shares an experience she had in which providing her hearing impaired father with the right headphones made a big difference to his quality of life.

The discussion then expands and we discuss topics ranging from the inadequacy of land line phones for use by the hearing impaired to some of the products which help to overcome the condition. Members mention telephone equipment offered in California through the California Telephone Access Program (CTAP).
