Terrible Customer Service..............My mother used Response Link for years.  She seemed happy with the product but....dealing with their staff was horrible.  My mother passed away and we called Response Link to return the product.  The product arrived on a Tuesday instead of a Monday (which was the deadline date to receive the product) and they charged my mother's bank account $20.00.  We called them and told them my mother was a long time customer of Response Link and she passed away, but they said if the product was 1 day late they would charge her account!  In total, we spend an hour on the phone with them and at the end of the conversation, they told me to send them her death certificate and they would close her account.  Well, that is not what happened.  They ended up charging her account which caused an overdraft fee of $35.00!  The bank was understanding and reversed the overdraft fee but Response Link would not reverse their charge.

The bottom line is...........I would never deal with this company again.  After my mother paid her monthly fee for years and years.........the company charged her account as the product was late by a few hours.  Terrible customer service!
