My knees have been too painful to kneel on for years, and now I have a failed TKR. I can’t get up from a regular chair or a toilet without grab bars in the right place (they often are not) although my arms and shoulders are pretty strong. I train regularly, but still have trouble with anything lower than 27” unless I can use my arms. However, I have never asked a PT or trainer to figure out fall recovery with me. I’ve seen your video before, but never realized that I should do that. I do wear a medic call button, and have used it several times.
