The vast majority of people over 50 have the capacity to 'pile on' the Qualys to improve their quality of their life in later decades. This outcome is a function of active lifestyle habits in adult years which have proven benefits for brain health, cardio and endocrine wellness. I look forward to sharing data from a sample of 700 residents of Silicon Valley over 50 who rated various 'active lifestyle' factors. I will additionally suggest specific tactics to help mature adults maximize the number of years that can be characterized as 'active and vital' vs. fragile.
